The time has finally come – we are excited to share our Community and Event Calendar with you! You can now integrate it into your own schedule and never miss an event again. Because of all the different email clients and operating systems, we recommend to configure the settings via web - browser. In this guide, we’ll explain how it all works.

How to add a Internet Calendar (.ics) in Outlook (Exchange Email Account)

Follow these simple steps to add a calendar:
Open Outlook.com in your WEB browser of choice and login to Email Account.
Open the calendar view in Outlook and look for the “Add calendar” option to begin the process.
Click on “Add calendar” (1)
Click «Subscribe from web» (2)
Enter the following .ics Link: (3)
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/5ad09f9c54754531b682153a570aa19a@headsquarter.com/a6c74a90a5d44e67a6be5b580a4affa315079328952988989844/calendar.ics
Give the new calendar a suitable name so that you can easily identify it. (4)
Under the Option «Add to» you can decide whether you want to add the calendar to your personal calendar view or a specific section. (5)
Click «Import»
After completing these steps, the new calendar will be displayed in both the Outlook web application and the desktop application in the Desired Location. (6)
How to add a Internet Calendar in Gmail
Follow these simple steps to add a calendar:
- Open gmail.com in your WEB browser of choice and login to your Email Account.
- Open the calendar view and look for the “Other calendars” option to begin the process.
1. Click on the «+» next to “Other Calendars”

2. In the „Other Calendars“ section, find and select the option to add a calendar from a URL.

3. Make sure „From URL“ is selected
4. Enter the .ics Link
Input the provided .ics link into the “URL of calendar” field.

- This link lead to the HeadsQuarter Event calendar.
5. Add Calendar
After entering the link, click on the “Add Calendar” button to proceed. Gmail will now begin fetching the calendar data.
6. Find Your Calendar Here
Once the calendar is added, you will find it listed in the „Other Calendars“ section of your Gmail calendar view.
- To customize your calendar settings, click on the calendar name, then click on the “3 dots”
7. Select “Settings” to access more options.

8. Choose a Name
In the settings menu, choose a name of choice for the newly added HQ Event calendar. This will help you easily identify it in your calendar view.
- Save Your Changes
- Make sure to save any changes you’ve made in the settings to finalize your new calendar.

9. Your Community Event Calendar will now be visible in your Gmail calendar. You can view and manage it alongside your other calendars.
