To ensure that everyone agrees on what it means to be a good neighbor and part of our community, we have created these guidelines:
Our front desk is open from 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00.
Friday until 16:00 / Saturday & Sunday closed
We’re happy to assist you during these hours and welcome your guests.

For inquiries outside of these hours, please send us an email, and we will respond within two hours the next morning.
We are a community, and everyone benefits when we work together in a respectful manner.
Please treat everyone in the space—fellow members, colleagues, and staff—with kindness and courtesy.
Disrespectful behavior, including discrimination or racism, will not be tolerated.
Please be considerate of others’ work styles—some prefer quiet while others may engage in discussions.
- Quiet work: Use the indicated quiet zones for focused tasks.
- Conversations: Use the kitchen, chat boxes or office spaces for discussions.
- Adapt to your surroundings: Please be mindful of others’ needs and adjust your tone or volume accordingly.
Meeting rooms are available by reservation only.
Please book your slot in advance to ensure fair use for everyone.
- Respect your booking time and leave the room promptly to allow the next reservation to begin on time.
We all appreciate a clean and organized environment.
- Please help keep our shared workspace tidy and clutter-free.
- To save resources:
- Minimize printing and keep documents digital when possible.
- Turn off lights and equipment when not in use.
- Recycling: We encourage everyone to use the recycling bins provided.
Your badge provides 24/7 access to the space and gym.
- If you forget your badge, you can pick up a temporary one at the front desk and return it by evening.
- Replacement badges cost 35 CHF.
Pets are welcome in private offices (for teams/companies).
- Please avoid bringing pets into open spaces, kitchens, or chat zones out of respect for members with allergies or concerns.
We strive to provide premium services.
- Weekly fridge cleaning: Done by HQ on Fridays. All unlabeled items will be removed.
- Please label your food to avoid misunderstandings.
- Brunch: 09:30 – 11:00
- Apero: 17:00 – 20:00
To ensure fairness and allow everyone to enjoy the experience together, please refrain from taking food from the buffet before the designated start times.
This gives the host sufficient time to prepare and ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The gym is available to all members.
- Register for sports classes via the Nexudus Community App or at the front desk.
- Leave the gym tidy after use.
The dashboard is your go-to spot for discovering community events, promoting your services, and sharing wants, needs, and cool ideas. Please keep it professional and avoid posting political, religious, or other polarizing content. We all know what spam is, let’s keep our community space spam-free.
While it’s perfectly fine to show non-members around, our coworking space is primarily for working. Please refrain from using it as a place to hang out with friends or for non-members to access free WiFi. Let’s maintain a productive and professional environment for everyone.
Printing services are included, but please print responsibly to support sustainability.
Free lockers are available throughout the space.
- Ask at reception to assign you a locker and set your own code.
We’re happy to receive your mail and place it in your postbox.
For registered mail, you’ll receive an email notification.
Our services:
- Outgoing mail cutoff is 3:00 PM.
- Charges apply for bulk outgoing mail (10+ letters)
- Receiving parcels and delivering them to your office (upon request; we will inform you or the recipient).
- Sending letters within Switzerland & Europe.
- Sending registered mail within Switzerland.
- Sending parcels within Switzerland.
