Mobile Access via Syphere Lockerbox APP
In response to member feedback, we’re evolving the access experience to our HeadsQuarter spaces with Mobile Access.
How to get mobile access
Mobile access is not active by default. To get access, send us an email and we'll set up your account:
support@headsquarter.comWe'll use your business email address — or the email registered with us as a customer.
How to set up your mobile access
Once your account is created, you'll receive an invitation email from Syphere. Follow these steps to get started:
Set your password
Click the register button in the Syphere invitation email to activate your account and set your personal password. The app cannot be used until this step is completed.
Download the Syphere Lockerbox app
Available for Android and iOS — free to download.
Log in to the app
Open the Syphere Lockerbox app and sign in with your email address and the password you set in step 1.
Open a door
Tap the key icon in the app, then point your camera at the QR sticker on the door. The door will unlock instantly.
Good to know
- The app requires an active internet connection to unlock doors.
- Camera access is required to scan QR codes — please allow this when the app prompts you.
- The app will not work until you have completed step 1 and set your password.
Add App to iOS Control Center
How to add Syphere to your Control Center
Open Control Center Settings
Go to Settings → Control Center. Scroll down and tap + Add a Control. This opens the control picker.
Find the 'Open App' Shortcut Action
In the Add a Control picker, search for "App". You'll see Shortcuts → Open App in the results. Tap it.
Configure the Action: Choose App
The Open App action card appears. Tap Choose next to the App field. A list of all installed apps appears — scroll or type "Sy" in the search field to quickly find Syphere Lockerbox.
Select Syphere Lockerbox
Tap Syphere Lockerbox in the list. The action now shows the app name. The control is automatically saved.
Good to know
- Once added, Syphere Lockerbox is available with a single swipe from the top-right corner of your screen.
- iOS 18 or later is required to add app shortcuts to the Control Center.
- The shortcut opens the app directly — you still need to be logged in to the app for it to work.
