Important:
If you are using the Cisco VPN Client, you have to disconnect it, before you’re able to install the printer or use it.
If you are using the Zscaler VPN client, you can leave it connected for printing and installation.

Installation
1. Choose the Printer you wanna use:
- 10.1.11.6 (printer @ 2nd floor)
- 10.1.11.9 (printer @ 3rd floor)
2. Open your browser of choice and search for „Xerox 8070 Driver“ (first result should be the right one) and download the „macOS Print and Scan driver installer“
3. Open the installation file and follow the instruction.
4. Once the message pop-up „no printer found“, enter the IP Adress of the desired Printer and finish the installition.

1. Choose the Printer you wanna use and click on „More settings“
- 10.1.11.6 (printer @ 2nd floor)
- 10.1.11.9 (printer @ 3rd floor)

2. Scroll down and select „Print using system dialogue“ to open the printer’s settings.

3. Make sure the printer of choice is still selected. Scroll down till you see „Print Job Security“, activate it and provide a PIN of choice.

4. Go to the printer, select „Jobs“

5. Select „Secure Jobs“ on the top right corner.

6. Select your Print-Job, enter the PIN hit „Print All“ to release the Jobs.

Scanner & other information
All our Headsquarter-Badges are linked to an Emailadress.
- Go to a Printer, put your Badge on the reader next to the Printerdisplay (left side).
- once you’re logged-in, hit the email button, put the document you whant to scan in the tray on the top of the printer and select „send“.
In case your badge is not yet linked with your Email, just enter the reciver email via the touch-display. Also let us know, so that we will link your Badge to your Email.

This Option does not require any software to be installed and can be used for any device such as a Laptop, Phone or Tablet.
1. Send an email with the documents as an attachement to: print@printbyxerox.com
When using it for the first time, an account will be created for you and a password is sent to you by mail.
2. Go to one of our printers, hit the blue „@printbyxerox“ icon, enter your emailadress and the password that was sent to you.
3. Select the desired files you whant to print.
