TV Screens

In general there are 3 Ways to connect to our Meetingroom Screens.

  1. Wireless Screensharing (AirPlay or Miracast)
  2. HDMI Cable (or USB-C to HDMI Adapter)
  3. Logitech Switch Cable (Purple Y-Cable)

Apple Devices

All our screens (Samsung & LG) support AirPlay. The only exception is the Sharp screen in the Pixel Room and Amphitheater. If you are using an Apple Device you need the plug in the USB-C or HDMI Cable.

via HDMI Cable

1. Connect the HDMI cable in the table to your laptop. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, use the USB-C to HDMI adapter.

2. Select the HDMI channel labeled on the HDMI cable (label) via the TV remote control.

via AirPlay

1. Be shure you are connectet to one of our Wifi’s

2. Turn on the TV.

3. Click on the „Settings Toggle“ in the top right corner of your Laptopscreen and choose „Screen Mirroring“

4. Choose the Screen of choice

5. Enter the AirPlay Code shown on the TV Screen

via purple Y-Cable (Logitech)

first be shure you have „Displaylink Driver installed“. you will find the instruction here–>

  1. connect the purple Y-Cable with your Laptop
  2. Select the proper HDMI channel (labeled on the cable) via the TV remote control.

via USB-C to HDMI adapter (Screen & Rally Bar)

1. Connect the USB-C to HDMI adapter with your laptop.

2. Press „Allow accessory“ to connect.

3. Power on the screen and press the home button.

4. Press “PC” on the screen.

5. Press “HDMI 1” on the screen.

6. Press “Maximize” in order to enter full screen.

 

via AirPlay (Screen only)

1. Be shure you are connectet to one of our Wifi’s

2. Turn on the TV.

3. Click on the „Settings Toggle“ in the top right corner of your Laptopscreen and choose „Screen Mirroring“

4. Choose the „Samsung Flip“ Screen

5. For first time use, enter the „AirPlay Code“ shown on the TV Screen.

6. Press “Maximize” in order to enter full screen.

via HDMI Cable

1. Connect the HDMI cable in the table to your laptop. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, use the USB-C to HDMI adapter.

2. Select the HDMI channel labeled on the HDMI cable (label) via the TV remote control.

via AirPlay

1. Be shure you are connectet to one of our Wifi’s

2. Turn on the TV.

3. Click on the „Settings Toggle“ in the top right corner of your Laptopscreen and choose „Screen Mirroring“

4. Choose the Screen of choice

5. Enter the AirPlay Code shown on the TV Screen

via HDMI (Screensharing)

1. Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, use the USB-C to HDMI adapter.

2. Follow any additional instructions on the screen. Otherwise, you’re done.

via USB-C (Screensharing, Power Supply)

1. Connect the USB-C cable to your laptop.

2. Follow any additional instructions on the screen. Otherwise, you’re done.

Windows Devices

All our Screens (Samsung, LG and Sharp) support Wireless screenshareing for Windows.

via HDMI Cable

1. Connect the HDMI cable in the table to your laptop. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, use the USB-C to HDMI adapter.

2. Select the HDMI channel labeled on the HDMI cable (label) via the TV remote control.

via Wireless Display

1. Be shure you are connectet to one of our Wifi’s

2. Turn on the TV.

3. On the right side of the taskbar, select the Network icon > Cast, then select your display or wireless adapter.

4. Follow any additional instructions on the screen. Otherwise, you’re done.

via purple Y-Cable (Logitech)

  1. connect the purple Y-Cable with your Laptop
  2. Select the proper HDMI channel (labeled on the cable) via the TV remote control.

via USB-C to HDMI adapter (Screen & Rally Bar)

1. Connect the USB-C to HDMI adapter with your laptop.

2. Power on the screen and press the home button.

 

3. Press “PC” on the screen.
