Apple Devices
All our meetingrooms are equiped with USB-C to HDMI/USB-A adapters for using the the Logitech Rally Bars. They are plug-and-play devices, therefore no need to install any software.
Whether you are using Windows or macOS, after connecting to the Logitech camera you may need to adjust a few settings in your preferred video meeting application (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, etc.).
These settings are usually selected automatically. If not, please ensure the following:
Select “Logitech Rally Bar” as the camera.
Select “Logitech Rally Bar (USB)” as the microphone
Select “Logitech Rally Bar (USB)” as the speaker
macOS: Important – Check Your System Sound Settings!
On macOS, the audio device selected in the operating system can override the settings inside your meeting application (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex, etc.).
To ensure everything works correctly with the Logitech Rally Bar, please verify the following:
1. Open macOS System Settings → Sound
2. Under “Output & Input”, select:
• Output: Logi Rally Bar Audio (USB)
• Input: Logi Rally Bar Audio (USB)
3. Make sure macOS is NOT using
• MacBook Air Speakers
• MacBook Air Microphone
…unless you specifically want to.
