Wifi/Network

At Headsquarter, we operate three types of Wi-Fi networks:

1. Guest Network

For all our visitors
• WiFi/SSID: Headsquarter-Guests
• Encryption: PSK / WPA2 (Password)
• Password: Please ask the front desk for the current password.

2. Member Network

For all our members
• WiFi/SSID: HQ
• Encryption: WPA2-Enterprise (Username & Password)

As soon as you start your journey with Headsquarter, you will receive an email from support@headsquarter.com with your personal login credentials.
Please also check your spam folder.

If you have not received your access details, let us know and we will resend them.

3. Company-Specific Wi-Fi Networks

For companies with their own dedicated network
• WiFi/SSIDs: MAI, newhome, SFHQ, BRS, CP, OBS483, pricehubble, …
• Encryption: WPA2-Enterprise (Username & Password) or PSK / WPA2 (Password)

Several companies such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Orange, Cimpress, newhome, PriceHubble, Genesys, Brandsoul, and Misenso use their own dedicated Wi-Fi network.

If you work for one of these companies, you should have received an email from support@headsquarter.com containing your personal login credentials.
Please also check your spam folder!

If you have not received access, let us know and we will send it to you.

  1. Open the Member App (Nexudus Passport) and log in.

  2. Tap the three dots (…) in the bottom-right corner and select “WiFi”.

  3. Your personal Wi-Fi access details will automatically be displayed.

  4. If you have forgotten your password or can’t find it, simply use the reset link shown there.

At HeadsQuarter, WiFi networks are secured using enterprise-grade encryption (WPA2-Enterprise). This means that each device connects using a personal username and password instead of a shared key.

As a member, you typically receive login credentials for our standard network “HQ”. In some cases, companies are provided with their own dedicated WiFi, such as “CompanyName”.

If you forgot your Wifi login or d’like to reset it, there are 2 ways.

  • Use this link printer.headsquarter.com/wifi/
  • Use the Nexudus App and click on the 3 dots (…) at the bottom right and select „Wifi“. There’s a reset link button

For all our “WPA2-Enterprise” networks, such as the “HQ” network, a personal login is required. This login will be sent to you by either “CISCO MERAKI” or “support@headsquarter.com”.

This login can be used simultaneously on multiple devices.

The establishment of a connection is not very different from a normal wifi with password, the only difference is besides the passoword the specification of a username (email).

This is an Apple security measure to allow the system to store the WiFi certificate and authentication settings. Once you confirm with your device password, the connection will be established within a few seconds.
